Return & Refund Policy

We truly value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
- You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used personal wellness products (including heating pads and massagers).
- Items without their original packaging.
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
Please make sure to record an unboxing video when you receive your order. This helps us verify any claims regarding damage or missing items.
3. Return Process
If your product meets the return eligibility:
- Email us at essaybazaar@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and unboxing video (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
- Once approved, we will provide return shipping details or arrange pickup (depending on your location).
- After the item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund or replacement.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- In case of prepaid orders, the refund will reflect based on your bank’s processing time.
5. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it — as long as it hasn’t been shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return as per the policy above.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or not working properly:
- Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number, photos/video, and unboxing video as proof.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
