1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed and another notification when it has been shipped.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time (India): 3–7 business days (depending on your location)
Remote Areas: Delivery may take a few extra days.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your order’s journey.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small additional fee may apply.
Any shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Tracking Your Order

After your order is dispatched, you will receive:

A tracking number and courier partner details via email or SMS.
You can click the tracking link to view live updates about your delivery status.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us at essaybazaar@gmail.com with your order number.

5. Delays or Delivery Issues

We always aim for timely delivery, but sometimes delays can occur due to:

Unforeseen courier delays or weather conditions
Incorrect or incomplete address details
Public holidays or peak-season traffic

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please reach out to us — we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.

6. Wrong or Damaged Product

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share your order number, unboxing video, and photos of the item/package.
We’ll verify and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. International Shipping

At the moment, Essay Bazaar ships only within India.
We’re working on expanding to international locations soon — stay tuned for updates!
